Theory of Change (in practice)
Inputs → Activities → Outputs → Outcomes → Impact Inputs: subject-matter expertise; creative production; partner networks; CPD frameworks; community insight. Activities: SS Learn training and workshops; SS Engage webinars and in-person series; SS Create content, campaigns, and research visualisation. Outputs: trained participants with CPD hours; event convenings and communities of practice; toolkits, podcasts, visual assets, and campaign artefacts. Outcomes: stronger skills and confidence; clearer narratives for research and organisations; new collaborations and routes to participation. Impact: improved access into life sciences; better public understanding and engagement; practical momentum on priorities such as medicines quality and creative health.
